Corporate elements were crafted to the International Conference on the Marine Environment of the Red Sea at King Abdullah University of Science and Technology. The aim was to create an image embodying both the marine environment and Arabic cultural identity. Deconstructing elements from the conference, such as butterfly fish, coral, seagrass, and diatoms, into triangles simulated a mosaic effect. Drawing inspiration from the rich aesthetic of Arab culture, the Arabesque, a fundamental element of Islamic art. By using various colors and sizes, the design reflected the biodiversity of the Red Sea, simultaneously expressing conference icons with an Arab identity. The approach emphasized that identity goes beyond a logo, forming a comprehensive system where all elements work cohesively.
